seashell towel sweater

fits comfortably on sizes from S-L

one of my favorite towel sweaters so far! baby blue background with subtle white seashell designs. the scraps were actually used to make the background for another sea star sweatshirt in the same collection!

made from a thrifted towel with my original sewing pattern

this collection is inspired by the flora and fauna of the big island of hawai’i, and I hope that its creation will have a positive effect for the 'āina as well. by only using recycled secondhand materials to make these 1 of 1 pieces, we are diverting waste from the landfills and microplastics from the ocean!! I hope the monk seals, the humus, the mantas, and the rest of our holoholona would be proud :)
